May 9th Build Week Thread

Mine was built on the 23rd and shipped on the 25th. This morning ford told me it was still on track for delivery next week. I'm in a similar boat as you. Traveling for work on the 27th, and hopefully if there's no delays I'll fly directly to granger for pick up
 
Sounds like you hit the rail timing perfect; it appears I did not haha.
 
So I woke up to this....

Didn't recieve an email, but Order Track App is showing delivered. I'd be shocked if that was true, I was honestly just hoping it would get to the final rail destination this week, and maybe make its way to the dealer in the next few. I'll be checking in with my dealer this morning to see if it's true.
 
Just talked to my dealer, it has been delivered! He's hoping to have bedliner done this weekend. It's about a 13 hour round trip, so I'll be hopefully going up early next week to get it!
 
Been on the road with the family visiting extended family and Nat'l Parks with limited internet access. Just checked the tracker for the first time in a couple days and my truck finally shows as built!

(Dealer) order confirmed 2/8; 5/11 blend date; 6/2 built date. The wait continues but I'm happy to see something resembling progress.
 
congrats to you all. My tracker hasn't updated at all, but ford, and dealer, has said for three weeks now my truck is scheduled to be delivered on 6//8-6/14. Has anyone had their truck delivered without updates? I've only gotten one email from ford through the whole process.
 
Got this from dealer-not exactly sure how to interpret but looks like it’s just sitting in Dearborn waiting for transport with no eta on when it will get picked

Not sure which is worse-chip hold not knowing when it will be completed vs having a completely built truck sitting waiting to be shipped for 3 weeks now. Just a few hours drive from me no less.

Ridiculous

That's a tough one. At least completely built you know it's done. But that also makes it more frustrating.....Both, both are worse.
 
This whole process is the worst. But in recent dealings with dealership stock, it's probably better.
 
Got my first delivery push back from 6/25-7/1 to 7/10-7/16 👀

Nah, out of Northeast Ohio- they just know we're on this forum so they're grouping us together😭 🤣

Unless you're shipping to Granger, then we may be on the same shipment.

I'm not, but it's gone west! Shipped on canadian national railways.
 
Picked mine up yesterday! Drove it home today, I'll get some pics up after it gets a good wash tomorrow. It's been said, and I'll say it again....it is absolutely worth the wait!

Drove it a little over 400 miles home yesterday. It's a spaceship compared to my 07 XLT (Duh) After some tweaking the B&O unleashed is AMAZING.

Also happy to report axle is rust free.
 
Got a call from my dealer this morning saying they finally have my truck! Going to pick it up tomorrow!
 
I'm participating in this thread even though I had a 3/25 build date. Just this week I finally got the "built" and then "shipped" email. Can someone post a link they've bookmarked on how to track the on-rail shipments? I've poked around and can't find it in this thread. Thanks! (see dates in signature if you're interested)

You need to obtain your rail car number, likely from ford chat. Call this 180087751231800, choose English or Spanish, say trace, say your rail car number.
