2025 Tremor FORScan seat belt minder not working

Hello guys!
Newbie here with FORScan. I purchased the OBDLink EX USB Auto-Switch, downloaded the latest version of the software V2.3.70, got the extended licence, backup all modules. I wanted to disable the driver and passenger seatbelt minder so I went into the IPC module and at the 720-01-01 address I changed the value xxxx xx0x xx--, click the WRITE button, disconnected and cycled the truck on/off. After doing so, the sound is still there. I thought I did everything by the book so I am a little confused here. At the end of the value there is this (--) that I am not sure about, I know the x's are to be ignored but what about those? Could this be the source of my problem? If anyone could help, that would be really appreciated.

I couldn’t get it to work on forscan either. I followed this little sequence and got it to work for the drivers side at least:

Turn key on (do not start), wait until air bag light goes off, wait 3-5 seconds, then buckle and unbuckle the seatbelt 4 times ending with it unbuckled. Wait for the seatbelt light to flash and then stay on, then buckle and unbuckle one last time.

That was going to be my next move to get rid of it but since I bought the cable and did everything I wanted to do it that way! Somehow I’m glad I’m not the only one, bummer. Thanks for writing down the sequence!
