Center console leather cracking. Help!!

Help please. My center console near where my elbow goes is starting to crack. This is the leather pro fold console. See pic. Help how to fix this! I take care of the truck and the interior.

Well, two options; 1. Replace the lid or 2. Have the armrest wrapped in actual leather from an upholstery shop.

I wonder it just the top part of lid can ge replaced ? Or have to put the whole assembly with the folding workstation.
