2024 Tremor 402A with 5.0 Antimatter Blue
I purchased a used 2024 F150 Tremor with 5.0 in July 2025. Considering purchasing the extended warranty. Asking for others experience with extended warrarnty companies and which one you find to be the best for coverage and ease of filing a claim. I can purchase an extended warranty though the dealer but looking for other options that may be better the Ford. I have looked at Grainger. https://grangerwarranty.com/
Thanks for your input.

Just get a free quote from the big online sellers of Ford backed ESP’s and go with the one with the best price.
Granger Ford, Lombard Ford, Zeigler Ford, and Flood Ford.

If your selling dealer is a Ford dealer and they can match or even beat the price of the dealers listed above then just go with that.

Stay away from 2nd party ESP’s that are also sold by many dealers.

Would like to get one for my 2025, but I'm in Florida. I've seen on forums Granger does not offer it in Florida. Anyone know why?

Ask your politicians. 😂
It’s called legalized bribery.

Cause they gotta get their cut of $$ from us that work for a living..
It's supposed to be about "consumer protection" but it's really just avout protecting the dealer.
I went with Bartow Ford where I bought my '24 and got a good deal but that was almost 2yrs ago.

Florida law (Florida Statutes Section 634.031) classifies extended warranties as "service warranties" and regulates them strictly as insurance. This regulatory framework requires that any company selling these contracts to a Florida resident be explicitly licensed by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, which prohibits out-of-state dealers from selling them to you.

you are doing something wrong if you can't check online. all of these work right now, i just checked.

Unless something has drastically changed starting in 2026, that’s never been the case.
You cannot find the online rates from the dealer's main webpage. Need to google search Lombard Ford Protect. Flood was $300 less than my local dealer. Thank you everyone.

I should have said that when you do an online search, just put the name of the dealers I mentioned followed by Ford ESP.

Thanks for the detailed explanation. Just more Florida greed. I'll have to check around as it gets closer to the factory warranty running out.

I live in CA, and we have the same type of law.
You don't actually have to use your home address when you buy the warranty from Grainger. (use a friend in another state)
The warranty is assigned to your truck's VIN, and no one ever knows or cares where it was purchased or what address you "lived at" when you purchased it. So you move around a lot. ;)

Never thought about this. Thanks for the info.

Here's Grainger's price with $50 deductible.
Just a bit over half price, for 10/100.

It's worth using your friend's address.
