New Wheels and Debating Tires and Sizes

Hey all, I have a 2025 402A, I currently have the eibach Pro 2R kit in hand but I haven't installed it yet so I'm not positive what height increase I will see up front. I'm looking to purchase Method 321 wheels, 17x8.5 with a +25mm offset. I'm debating what tire size I'd like to go with. I know that trimming may have to happen but I'd rather not hack things up too much. Anyone have insight on these tires I'm debating and how much rubbing I will get myself into? I don't plan on Baja'ing this truck but more so the occasional forest road trek. My preference would be to run the MT Baja Boss.
