What are your preferences for lights? Roof light bar or behind the grill light bar? I'm curious to see what you guys use and which brands you like. I had KC on my bronco and they worked great. Show me what you got!

I went with behind the grille.

Made my own bracket since there were no options at the time. Still none that support the full width like mine but there are some that get you close.

i use Diode dynamics lights. they are great performance for the price. not the cheapest lights out there but performance meets or exceeds other more expensive brands.

I have been wanting a bar behind my grill as well. Contemplating cutting the portion right below the hood line out and putting a single row bar in, but i hate the idea of cutting the grill.

New guy here - looking at doing a few things with lights. I like the BD Squadron Pro (made for Raptor) that goes behind the grille. You see any reason I couldn't mount these the same way they are mounted to the Raptor to the Tremor? I understand the actual grille design is different which throws me off a hair...

There's a couple members here who used the Baja Designs kits. Of the "off the shelf" options i think the BD S8 kit looks the best - Tremor results here: https://www.f150tremor.com/threads/behind-the-grill-led-lightbar-recommendations.226/post-45794

What Cblaxx and I did was a little more labor intensive but got great results still.
The BD Squadron lights are blocked too much and you need to do some serious cutting on your grill - too much IMHO

Really appreciate the honesty. Was thinking the grille might not expose enough of the light to do all of this. I liked the boxy “Ditch light” appearance of the others, but if I want light may need to compromise. Going to take a further look into how you two have done it. Thanks man!

the KR off road brackets are very similar to the BD brackets but with more adjustability to position lights how you want them. I would look into those. and you can pick which lights you want, not necessarily required to use BD if you dont want to.

They are a bit pricey in my opinion, especially since i made my own but its an off the shelf option.

So when I buy your grille light, you can send me a bracket for a fraction of the cost? Jk…?
