2.5" Leveling Pucks and taking universal measurements

To make these posts beneficial to anyone reading them we all need to be posting measurements taken the same way. Measuring from the ground to the fender helps almost no one when comparing two vehicles. This way of measuring takes into account tire size, tire pressure (over or under inflated) and other factors.

All measurements should be from the center of the hub (center of wheel) to the bottom of the fender. If this is recorded this way it completely takes out tire diameter, won't matter if one guy has 33" and another has 37". The center point of the wheel to the fender does not change due to tire size. It will only change based on changes we make with components or load. Load can be items in the truck but also induced from taking readings on uneven ground. So please post measurements from the centerline to the bottom of fenders on even ground.

The other thing that is confusing a lot of folks is a company stating that "their 2.5" kit only lifts up the tremor 1.5" because the tremor already has a 1" higher factory ride height. Problem is not all companies are stating it the same way.

I'm interested in seeing what folks are actually getting with regard to number on the lift/level kit used and what they are getting out of them. In my case I have the Tremor Specific AS 2.5 and it is supposed to be a true 2.5" increase on top of the existing oem tremor height of 1" so a tremor with this puck should be 3.5" higher than a standard FX4 packaged F150 or 2.5" higher than a stock tremor model.

I currently have the 2.5 AS puck on my 2023 tremor. When I raise up my truck, my cv boot makes contact with the shock bushing housing before I even reach max wheel travel (same has been noted by others on here when adding a puck). Per what I checked today it's approximately 3/4-7/8" of the last bit of wheel travel. I'm considering playing a little with this geometry to fix this by doing two things.

REAR Measurement from center of hub to fender 27"
Front Measurement from center of hub to fender 25.75"
Rake of 1.25"
after installing 2.5AS Puck and adding aftermarket bumper/winch weight of 300# pulled my front down 1/2" as compared to stock bumper.

Option #1: Install the SPC adjustable upper ball joint control arm. I can move the adjustable ball joint out about a 1/4" and then the lower control arm bolts have enough slot width to move them out for a proper realignment. I believe this will eliminate this interference. I'm trying to confirm if I have truly only netted a 2" level increase due to the weight of the bumper and winch (it is not due to the AS 2.5 puck being wrong), I failed to record my pre-level values to compare to for sure or I would not have to ask others on here for their readings. Some on here have claimed for example that the 2.5 AS kit lifted them much higher and I'm interested in seeing where my truck stands compared to others with in particular the AS 1.5", 2", and 2.5" pucks.

Option #2: If by chance by 2.5 AS Puck gave me closer to 3" then the weight of the bumper/winch pulled it back down to 2.5" then I need to know that. If this could be the case then I may pull the 2.5" puck, add the 2" puck in it's place and that should hopefully correct the CV Boot interference. If I did this then the rake value should increase from 1.25" to 1.75" then I would pull the 2.25" tremor rear axle blocks out and throw on standard fx4 pucks which are 1.25" tall and the final outcome should be just a very slight 1/2 rake. I have airlift air bags so don't have to worry about squatting the rear.

Attached are pictures of my truck sitting normally and then at full droop. My suspension is all OEM Stock components with the exception of the AS 2.5" Tremor Specific Puck.
