No. As soon as I was able to pull up my window sticker I saw that there was no mention of the heated steering wheel removal. The bad camera was still mentioned as being removed and 'refunded'.
I just kept my fingers crossed until I saw it for myself.

Here’s hoping mine magically shows up. That and the bed camera… those are two things I really wanted…
