2023 Tremor 402A Help ??

Having seen a few manufacturers lines in person, including the Rouge factory in Dearborn, I honestly can’t fathom how a harness would get cut and spliced there. Seems like it would have to have been done by the supplier, and then the factory decided to still install it for some reason.

Well if it's the manufacturer doing it for a reason and it was spliced properly (soldered, shrink wrapped etc) then maybe, but I just can't see it being a good thing on a 90k truck, another reason I hate trying into these new vehicles with canbus systems, and scotch locks should be outlawed.

Well, New harness was installed yesterday by the dealer and 4x4, Drive Modes and Auto Lighting still not working. I am getting concerned and nearing getting the dealer to find me a new truck. Dealer said that they have put in a request for factory ford troubleshooter to come and look and diagnose the truck troubles. Damn, just my luck !!!!

Dealer has told me that they would if cant get this one fixed. I have located another 402A minus sunroof in Silver.....................Fingers crossed that we can dealer transfer..................RR

Different Direction than quote above ; Met with dealer tonight and they are buying back the truck. Getting a new 402A Ecoboost in Avalanche. Dealer went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and bent over backwards to make right for me. Pretty stoked about the new color and the new ride to get here. RR
