I picked up my Tremor on Thursday. Chip and Shelby did a fine job. I would certainly use Granger again. On our way home to CA now. Stops in North Platte NE, Aspen, and we are now in Telluride. The countryside is beautiful! Aspens are changing colors.

I recently picked up my truck from Granger. The whole transaction was excellent. Rick picked me up from the airport when my flight landed. Shelby did the paperwork in lighting speed. Chip had the truck all washed and ready and went over all the features of the truck. Then I was off on the 1100 mile trip back to Montana. There were zero surprises.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had buying from a dealership. I will definitely be buying from Granger again.

I finally got to pick up my Tremor from Granger Ford on Tuesday 10/29. I would like to thank Shelby, Chip and Granger Ford for for giving customers a reasonable purchase price and easy buying experience.
I was impressed with how Chip was wiping down my truck as I drove up to meet him. He also wouldn't let me leave until he cleaned the driver side door window. Another thing that impressed me was Chip mentioned how well I took care of my 2015 F150 that I traded in for the new one. I have always maintained my vehicles well and Chip is the only sales person who seemed to appreciate the fact at how well the truck looked. Thanks Chip!
And the picture shows the bittersweet moment of leaving and old friend behind and driving off with the new one.
