402A Deliveries?

A-plan but they low balled the crap out of me on my trade in... the one i bought has power tail gate and the front torsion diff I guess it is.. I didn't order those option everything else pretty much the same. $3000 more in trade in I got a little more expensive truck that was just built and shipped vs one sitting somewhere over 2 months. 🤷‍♂️
I think you made the right choice. For me front Torsion diff was a must, otherwise i would just bought an XLT. Crazy to me that dealers order Tremors loaded with evertything but the Torsion diff......

I am out. Enough of Ford's lies and excuses!

I'm new here, but have been watching the comments for a while. I ordered a F150 Tremor MY23 with all the bells and whistles back in August and just received an email from Ford today that it has been built. Expected delivery to Arizona is the second week of November. Based on what I have seen, that seems incredibly quick compared to so many others. Should I take this delivery date with a big grain of salt?
Yes, incredibly quick! I ordered my '22, Feb. 11th. It arrived at the Spokane Rail Yard Monday. Still hasn't been delivered to the dealership. They're sure it will happen next week. I may have it just short of 9 damn months. Frustrating procedure for sure and extraordinary times we live in!

Let us know how quickly it gets there!

I was super close to bailing myself. The lack of and miscommunication is appalling. Delays and promises didn't help either. My finished truck should be at the dealership from the Spokane railyard next week. I just about bagged it and went with a Tundra.

Imagine a fully loaded 23 Tremor being delivered before 22s lol.. that's some wack prioritization of orders.

Hey everyone, been following the forum since I ordered my 402a back in April. Has anyone received information from their dealer their vehicle had “Factory Defects” and “Shipping Damage” that needed to be fixed before taking final delivery? The factory defects are paint related on the front edge of the hood in the form of drips and heavy paint build up. Not sure what the shipping damage is yet.

I ordered in April also. While I haven’t heard this, I can’t imagine it’s not impossible for someone to catch something along the way. Shipping damage could be anything, really, paint chips, dings, etc. How much it will hold you up? Only your dealer or ford can answer that.

The only thing I would do differently is order a Platinum with black appearance package. I read somewhere that Multi Contour seats can now be ordered on them. I for sure wouldn't be changing brands.

I’m thinking that isn’t a coincidence. If they think they can get everything but that for the 23s then my guess is that a few/all of the trucks on hold may be waiting for just that.
It’s definitely a possibility that some of the 22s are waiting for that. Mine was on hold for the ford emblems and fender badges. It arrived at the dealer this week with the temporary fender badges. A lot were/are on hold for the instrument cluster.

As for the heated steering wheel, I’ve never had one and I live in NY. I’d do what I’ve always done, wear gloves in the winter.

Nice! Did you get the ventilated seats?
Just missing the stearing column lock. All of the GM trucks seems to have deleted them. The dealer told me they have been retro fitting trucks sold earlier this year that were missing things.

I ventured over to a ‘21 AT4 3.0L in ‘21, after being a steady F150 buyer. Glad to be back in a Tremor. I was lucky to find one just delivered unspoken for, my April Lariat order still isn’’t complete. I too grew tired of the nonsense from Ford, but in the end it worked out so well.
He’s a 3k mile pic of my Sierra for reference.

New to the forum. Been watching these threads over the last 2 months and getting just as pissed as the rest of you. Especially feel for @Escape Hatch. I feel like I've been in the same boat at you this whole time. Ordered and confirmed 02/10/22. 402A loaded except spray in and blue cruise. I was told I'm on ramp 51 in flat rock awaiting shipment finally. Been there 16 days now. After a blend date of 08/22 and chip hold for 2 months. Shipping North of border so I differ from you there. But this is beyond a joke
