I do agree with you based on the 2.0’s. I definitely wouldn’t have gotten the 2.5’s if the custom revalve wasn’t included, I did that with the icons and was not happy at all. My 2.5’s are actually valved lighter than the fox 2.0’s which I kinda like because I feel like sometimes even the 2.0’s are valved a bit stiff and I didn’t want to take a chance that on the softest settings it was still to stiff but that’s definitely not the case. But yes I do agree with you on the 2.5’s being over kill for most of us.Beefed up for serious off-road use. Not the pretend off-road fx4 package or tremor. Not knocking tremor as I’m a fan just stating facts. Unless you are really into pounding the trails stick with 2.0 kits. I’m only stating this because I’ve done it multiple times, buying the best kits for my truck and then having buyer’s remorse after as ride was shit. Eibach kit is by far best bang for buck and I got it material and labor for far less than any of the icon options. My takeaway from this is it isn’t always better to spend more, buy for your application not the cool factor. Your end result will be better…
