It really is the best color…although I’m biased as can be.
I had a white one on order till i found this and Im super happy with this color. So sick! Two for one

I had my heart set on lead foot and was prepared to drive hours to get one until I saw the AMB at the lot!

I first saw a 2021 limited in AMB in the showroom and said I need that color haha

I actually went in to order lead foot, and was told it wasn't available for '22. Still love that color, but very happy with new decision, and can't wait to take delivery..

I should post these here too. I put on the low profile Ford OEM window deflectors. I tried the avs ones and they didn't fit.

Dumb question, but what is "ceramic coat"?
Think of it like a wax coat that lasts 3-5 years. It’s a hard coating that bonds to the paint, is hydrophobic, and acts as a sacrificial coating to protect the paint. Really great stuff!

I had it done, expect to pay around $1000 or more for a quality job from a quality shop. There are quite a few guys in here that install their own and I’m sure they can point you in the right direction if you go that route. I was to chicken to do it myself! I can say my last truck still had water sheeting off it after 4 New England winters parked in the driveway.

I may have gotten ripped off…. I’m getting ready to pick up my truck tonight or tomorrrow after $4,000 worth of tint, PPF and ceramic coating. Think the ceramic coating was about $1,250.

No that sounds about right. I paid more than that but I got paint correction and a premium coating. It fluctuates with coating but that sounds in the ballpark. I kinda wish I would have gotten some PPF before the ceramic coating but it’s to late now!

Good to know. I got the silver plus on the ceramic so not the highest cost option. I did the middle of the road on the tint too but got really good PPF on the full front. They charged me an extra $400 to tint the moon roof which I thought was a ripoff and an extra $200 for the front grill PPF because apparently they can’t PPF chrome so grills are not normally included.
