Nice, I just bought 3 sets of these 45lb plates last night from weight it out. Very nice new and thin looking cast iron black coated. Pretty good pricing w FREE shipping.I have a PRX folding rack in my third car bay with 295 lbs in plates, four sets of dumbbells that go to 82.5 pounds each, a dip bar for the rack, barbell, curl bar, a cable set up using plates for weight, multiple accessories for the cable, a pull up bar on the rack and an adjustable bench. I installed this during COVID when everyone was being stupid but I have been back in the gym for some time. The garage gym was plenty and most the time people over complicate the needs of a home gym. As long as you can load up compound and isolate specific muscle groups you are fine. My son now uses the gear at gym for additional two a days on those days his football team only has one day workouts and it suits him well. However, I do need to get him some more 45 and 25 plates, he is burning through them now.

Kids will do that to you. When you moving up to NC?currently, half of my garage is a gym. But it’s being consumed with child toys and lightbar stuff.
My workout routine has really dropped off since the twins arrived and I’ve started building the light bars. But I need to get back to it and make time.

Shoot, picking up my fat kid is how I keep my dad bod.Kids will do that to you. When you moving up to NC?
Not planning to move until November or so. Been looking at properties and trying to decide if building is an option or not. If so, a dedicated gym area is in the must have column. Even if we don’t build, whatever we buy needs gym space. And hopefully also shop space for all my tools…. Looking more and more like I need one of those 10 car garages with a couple bedrooms.Kids will do that to you. When you moving up to NC?

If you worked on those forearms more you likely wouldn't have any kids, just say'n.
Asheville. not Asheville proper but one of the surrounding areas. Looking in Hendersonville/Fletcher areas currently. Also looking at Candler. What part of NC?
Haha. Well come June, I'll be getting the snip anyway(pending a safe arrival of #2.)If you worked on those forearms more you likely wouldn't have any kids, just say'n.
Nice. I'm a big mountain biker so I've spent tons of time up there. Also wife and I flipped a house in Downtown Ashville in 2019. Look at Mills River too.Asheville. not Asheville proper but one of the surrounding areas. Looking in Hendersonville/Fletcher areas currently. Also looking at Candler.
Yep, Mills river is on the list as well. the spread for quality of house for a given price has been pretty surprising to me. I thought that i was going to make out like a bandit selling my house in SoFlo and moving up there, but its not turning out that way so far. i should get more house, but not for a cheap as i originally thought.Nice.
