What's new

Anybody running 295/70R18 BFG AT KO3 or Goodyear Duratracs?

My truck won't fit in my garage on 35s :(
Doesn't it suck? I have <1/4 inch before I scrape and I'm on a 34x12. Maybe someday.

I had 2 sets of duratracs on my Xterra pro4x, loved them, best tire I’ve ever driven in snow. Want to change them out soon for my stock Tremor, same question you asked, can I go to the 295/70R18 without any trimming, I can’t get a clean opinion on this.

Just my 2 cents, I had KO2 on my Raptor when I got it. These tended to hydroplane too much in heavy rain. I went with Micky Thompson Boss AT they were great. My last set of tires I put on was the new KO3 I did so since they made several changes, including compound, tread and depth. These KO3's were great, I drive in heavy rain for work, no issues and very smooth and quite. When the stock tires wear out I will be putting KO3's on my Tremor.

I have Mickey Boss A/T's and they are awesome. What do you like more about the K03's?
My last F150 I put K02 DT's (different tread compound) on it and they were horrible. Hard rubber for heavy duty trucks and they had no traction. I could barely pull away from a stop light on wet roads without spinning tires.

Had Duratracs on the Raptor, had them on the Wrangler. I like them, booty opinions vary. This time around I'm eyeing the Falken Wildpeaks A/T4W.
Had these on my Jeep. These will be going on my Tremor when it’s time! Awesome tire. Nittos hydroplaned too much. Wildpeaks did not. Great rain tire.

I got a good deal sale price at Costco for the KO3 with their life time balance and rotation. The tires did real well this year quiet and smooth. Those were 35’s.

I recently put KO3s on my truck. I was going to go up a size from stock, but the price difference kept me from doing so, as in almost $400 more. So far the tires have been great. I really had no issues with the OEM Grabber tires and ran them for >40k miles. I would have run them longer but the remaining tread would have been an issue this winter.
