Black out tremor skid plate or replace ?

I tried to use all products and do steps raptor liner asks to do for best results.
-Clean surfaces with a water based degreaser
-sand down surfaces (I used 400g so no deep scratches)
-clean surfaces with water based degreaser again
-apply surface etching primer on skid plate
-apply U-POL 799 Grip #4 adhesive promotor on the upper plastic piece
-then apply the raptor liner spray to both pieces light coats and hold can at a distance
I used 2 rattle cans and had enough to get the job done

I removed the upper plastic piece its simple
- remove skid plate first obviously
- pop out both the 2 plastic blanks just held in by metal clips
- remove the 3 bolts going across the center then and there is also a bolt on each end going downward that needs removed
- then you can pop the small grill piece off only held in with metal clips while still attached to the grey piece then sperate them when off the truck i thought was easier that way and reinstalled them as one piece as well

I used the 2k
