Blend Date!

Blend date of 12/07/2021. Have you received any Ford email updates?

None. In fact I was a little upset at my dealer. I told them I had not been getting updates at all about 6 weeks into the process and asked them to confirm my email. They did. So I called Ford customer care and asked them what email they had. It was wrong of course. So they "corrected it" and told me I should start getting the update emails and such. This was around early Dec. I called about 2 weeks ago and told them I still don't get any updates and I wanted to know what was going on. The best they could tell me was that it should ship soon, and that my email was "correct".

Communication on this experience has been dismal. My truck should arrive any day now, but I have no way to know.

I got confirmation from my dealer that my truck has been made which i guess means now it sits and waits to be shipped. I ordered it Dec 20th, built Jan 12th, hopefully i can get it Feb 20. Fingers crossed.

Sounds about right- mine was ordered 11/26, built Week of 12/8… showed up at the dealer 12/27. I think the holidays got in the way- that’s why the long delay…

Basically, I went to the dealer to buy a tremor they had in stock, was told the principal wanted to keep it for himself and I can buy the truck that he is having built instead, it was the exact fully loaded spec build I wanted so I took it. Pure Luck!

What is everyone's opinion on Black "Wheel" Nuts? I'm thinking of going black instead of the stock chrome.

I have the gorilla nuts but haven’t put them on yet. Waiting to get my truck back from the ceramic coater. Will post a pic when I get them on.
