Those Xtrusion racks are really nice. And they offer so many cool options!
They really are. It looks like a pretty small company that is constantly upgrading and working on new ideas with their customers. If I get a rack it will probably be one of these.
I even saw that the middle of their extrusion is hollow which allows it to be tapped/threaded and install outlets for air or water or used as a wire chase. Really cool.

@DingDongDoug - this xtrusion company is currently working on a quick release for the rear cross bar to be able to load motorscooters easily.

Ill check them out.
This is a huge improvement in usability over the solid rear bar.

I was looking specifically to attach an air compressor or Co2 bottle to when I get mine.
I also figured I could hang my shovel there.
But you are right man.
Its kind of a small amount of space all things considered.
On top of that, the space is kind of weird with the wheel well right there. But its enough to keep a few things out of the cab and not sliding around in the bed. So I figure its worth the money over the life of the truck.
They actually make universal panels in all sizes, and from what I measured one of the sizes fits in-between the two panels they make for the f150. I ordered two of them to see if I can install them in-between and get the molle coverage all the way across, including above the wheel well.

I have it on the left side now, but with a fabric molle and it's not as clean looking. Panels should come in this week, will post pics when im done.

Welp, there went $400 bucks...

...and another $40 on gear ties and velcro straps.

I almost talked myself out of the full four panel system and then decided that I could find stuff to attached to it - even if it means buying more stuff.

Start there. Then review the zombie topic in here for other ideas. 😁 Friends don't let friends spend money without helping!

To organize my dogs' life, not mine. It'll be similar on the new truck, but I've got windows on the canopy that make the sides of the bed more accessible so I can use that space better.
Look at moneybags over here with the double Impact crate set up.

This is great news, I was looking into custom racks for this reason, but if they get a QD rear bar it would be hard to pass up
