Buzz or Vibration in Pedal

Just a quick update on this. The vibration in my gas pedal and front end got much worse over time. I took it back to Ford and they still said it was normal. I then took it to a tire shop and they found my tires were unbalanced, and my tow, caster and camber were way off. They worked on the truck for a few hours, and I took it for a test drive with them. Totally fixed the problem. Ford can kiss my a$%. I really cannot believe I fell for it, but I did. Hope that helps for anyone who is still experiencing this issue.

Several people on another thread balanced and aligned tires and it did nothing.
On my end, I actually changed both my wheel and tires for new models + did alignment and it also did nothing.
So your problem was different than what a lot of us have which has been so far not solvable. But it’s always good to check balance and alignment as it is known to cause vibration on any car.

As far back as 2017 there are threads with hundreds of replies and people trying to go to the bottom of it and couldn’t. A shame

Ahh man, bummer. I was hoping this may have been the solution, but I guess not.

My 2024 5.0 has a similar intermittent vibration. Around 30 mph, especially on deceleration, the driver side floorboard vibrates, gas pedal vibrates, and there is a groaning sound. Took it to the dealer, they couldn't find anything. They said on test drive it didn't do it. No noise or vibration on passenger side. Any ideas?
