Driver side LED daytime running light strip is dim - Update from Dealer story

Assuming these are LEDs. Noticed my Driver's side LED daytime running light strip is dim. Just the vertical portion. More noticeable at night. When I took a photo, it does not flicker like the horizontal portion. When I take a pic of the passenger side both horizonal and vertical LED flicker so assuming this one is going out soon. Do these LED's strips wear out or just go bad? Anyone else have this issue? I'll probably just take it in for warranty work.
I have the same issue, not resolved has of yet ...this is a safety factor ,can't drive it without DRL in Canada, hoping to get the truck back soon ..can be frustrating ...good luck.

I have no idea how it helps with the longevity of the LED headlights but I always turn my lights to off in the daytime on my 2016 Lariat and 2023 TREMOR.
Same

Dealer pulled the same nonsense for me. Blamed everything on the upfitters for my DRL and headlight troubles. I too told them that makes zero sense. Ford offers this to customers and then blames customers for using them.

Like...what?
I hope they don't try that with me .mine in the shop for three weeks so far ,I'm waiting...I'm discouged about such a thing happening after the rear differential issues..what next

I have a similar problem and don't trust the dealer to troubleshoot, so maybe you guys can help.

I have a 402a and my headlight DRL flickers only when the parking lights and fog lights are on together. If I switch from parking light to headlight setting (with fog lights on) the flicker stops.

I assume this may be a programming issue within the headlight LED driver. Is that driver alone replaceable or is it part of the entire headlight unit? Is anyone aware of the current headlight LED driver software version? (My truck is a 2023 with 402a headlights).

Have you increased your brightness in FORscan by chance?

Sorry guys. This just keeps getting better. So, I made an appointment at another Ford Dealership online. Got there on time 8am but they explained to me that they won't be able to look at the truck today and maybe be able to tomorrow due to being backed up. I can just leave my truck. OK, then why confirm my appointment? I could have saved a trip down.

This is absolute BS but is the way every ford dealer I have been to operates nowadays. I took my other ford vehicle in for warranty work with an appointment on a Monday 3pm. They told me 24-48 hours to diagnose. whatever. Called them every day to get an update. They didn't touch it until Friday 3pm. They ran some ECM upgrades and charged me the deductible and still nothing fixed. I left them a scathing review and switched to another dealer. First dealer tried to tell me the 24-48 hours is "business hours" and not days. Like who operates that way? he made about half a dozen excuses. I had to get a rental care for the week because they couldn't even tell me when i would get it back or it would be looked at.

The new dealer I called before the appointment and said don't take my appointment if you can't look at it today - they said they were not swamped and could get to it after 4-5 hours.

Both advisors at both dealers confirmed that the appointment is as follows "Appointments are to prepare the advisors for your visit and allocate time for you to address all of your concerns to the advisor so they can relay that to the technician." WTF. New Dealer at least worked with me and communicated timely.

Well yea !! My window tint is coming off from day one in my 24 Tremor !

No, I havent. To clarify, it's when I manually put the switch into the Parking Light position, then the DRL beam is what will flicker.
