Anyone have glitches,warning lights or wiring issues?

They couldn't find a code so was gonna charge me $175 then I showed a Pic of what I get .

I got it when oem mirrors were folded, when i swapped for tow mirrors before i re-calibrated them, and if i have a door open. basically any time the 360 was cranky. i'm sure theres other potential causes but thats been my experience with that error fwiw
