The MBRP I installed sounds awesome. My wife and I are trained to get into the truck, start it, turn off auto start/stop and put the truck into sport mode. The joys of driving newer vehicles.

This is exactly what I do, but I installed the auto/stop start deactivation device. So one less step. I will also add that I bought a Banks Pedal Monster, that had I tried Sport Mode before buying, I wouldn’t have felt the need. Don’t get me wrong, it works great, but SM gets you 80% of what you are looking for, if you want the slop and lag out of the pedal.

I added a Ultra Quiet resonator to my FlowFX catback system but I think the trick is to keep the stock tailpipes because the sound frequency through larger diameter pipes is what makes the extremely low end note which is unbearable.

This is a difference that doesn’t get mentioned. I got the mid-pipe and tail pipe sections. If you only get the mid pipe it might be less noticeable. Or maybe people are just more or less sensitive to that low frequency sound.
