Zach, please confirm, and sorry if already stated, but want to let folks know that these are refundable, or at least they used to be. On my 2020 Raptor, I purchased ESP from Flood, when I sold it in 2022, I want to say I got almost all of it back, or at least a very nice chunk of it refunded.

Anyway, in case someone is worried they will sell before the mileage / time is up on the ESP.

Yes, you receive a 30 day money back guarantee and there is a pro-rated refund after that. That is calculated based on your mileage and time versus what is remaining on the contract. If you sell the vehicle to a private party you can also transfer the contract for a small fee ($75 I believe).

I might be mistaken, but in any case, I had to call Rewards program today because I am still waiting 7 weeks for my points to show up, so I called and the rep said that I cannot use Rewards points to purchase ESP - true?

We offer Used Car Plans at $25 over dealer cost!! The coverage is the same as it is for new vehicle coverage.

To qualify, your vehicle must be 2014 or newer, under 80,000 miles and over 41 months and/or 40,999 miles from the original in-service date. The vehicle must also pass an inspection from either a 3rd party company, which we can help with or a certified technician near you. We will need the inspection documentation before purchase.

Reminder:

As many of you guys know, we are still working on making our Ford ESP website easier to navigate through as well as giving more options! There are still areas where we are working on with our website, but our Payment Plan is up and running for 2021 models and newer!! (we are working on 2014-2020 model options)

How to get started:
1. Go to https://grangerfordextendedwarranty.com/and put in your vehicle information. (Make, Model, Year, Miles, and your State).

2. Answer the questions regarding your vehicle and the use.

3. Choose your plan (Powertrain, Basecare, Extracare or Premiumcare) If you just want Powertrain, just click on Powertrain.

4. Choose your deductible along with the miles/years you want for your ESP.

5. As you click on those options, your monthly payments will show up.
