F150 Tremor Reverse Light Kits By Shifts And Grins Fabrication

I'm not surer clear on where the problem is. Perhaps we can set up a call tomorrow to make sure I understand the issue and make sure you are taken of.

Got it figured out. The cap on the end threw me off (and I was tired at the time) so all is good now.

We are shipping lots of these kits! Share you pics if you are on here if you bought one. Thank you all for the support!

I am installing your Reverse Light Kit with the Aux switch harness but can't seem to find instructions for tapping LED tail lights. The online video from DD is a standard taillight with different wiring. What wires should be tapped on the LED tail light harness? Also, can you confirm if the yellow wire on the switch harness is the load wire for connecting to an Aux switch?

You will eliminate the Diode Dynamics Relay and Switch.

-You will need the Ground wire (black wire with ring connector on end) , The yellow wire in the switch harness, and the red wire that goes in to position 87 of the Diode Dynamics relay.

-All of the other wires can be cut and taped to the harness out of the way.

-Strip the ends of the red wire and yellow wire and twist them together.

-Connect the red and yellow wires that are twisted together to the desired wire in your auxiliary switch harness.

-Depending on your setup, you may need to wire the ground wire directly to a ground location on the truck or you may need to wire it to your auxiliary switch harness.

-As for the tail lights, give me a few minutes and I'll get back to you.

Here are a few wiring diagrams. Let me know if that helps or if you have any further questions. I assume you have a smart hitch since all I have installed have that.

The instructions from Diode Dynamics that were in the kit were different than what I found online. There was a second page in the online instructions that had a diagram of the tail light pins.

Thank you, this worked perfectly!
