Finally talked to someone at Tufskinz and they placed my tailgate letter order. Doing gloss black outlined in Tremor Orange. Also spoke to the gentleman regarding door sills with TREMOR lettering. He's working on a design to submit to Ford for approval.

I didn't order until Monday and my confirmation says 1-7 days but I haven't received a Order Shipped email from em yet.

I haven't heard anything either. Monday will be a week. Since Monday is Columbus Day they may be closed but I'm gonna contact em anyways. I have their phone number if anyone needs it.

I ordered 9/28. Let us know what you hear. Last time I had this type of delay, the vendor never had receipt of my order. That’s why I’m asking - usually this is all automated these days.

When I talked to Brad at Tufskinz he said the matte finishes take longer. If I was you I'd call or email em. We ordered on the same day & mine shipped Wed & is scheduled delivery of Sat.

There are a few members on FordTremor.com that just received shipping confirmations yesterday. I think they are just running behind with orders. We had over 50 people participate between the two sites.
