Factory decal removal

Old thread, but for those that have removed the bed sticker, how exactly did you do it? Sometimes I look at it and love it, sometimes I look at and wince.

I took them off and then put them back on. Light heat, peel off, and clean. The “3D” stick ons like the Tremor on the back took some extra effort to get all of the two sided tape and residue off.

Light heat with, like a hair dryer, or with a heat gun?

Either one but don’t go overboard with the heat gun on your paint. Put the truck out in the sun then warm them more with heat and they will peel off. If you start trying to peel and it doesn’t come up, needs more heat.
