Folding underseat storage

Gents. I want you're opinion on the folding storage in the back seat. Is it worth it? I've already molded my order on my 23 tremor and sorta feel like a clown to go back and request to add it just a few days later. Thoughts?

It's plastic, so not considerably secure, but if you have small or long stuff that you need to keep handy, it's not a bad option. The seats can lock down on top of it, which is great, and I do use it daily.

I have it in mine and don't like it. I'm a hunter and take my dog with me every time I go and he's over 100 LB. So mine is closed all the time. I would take it out but there is no carpet under it!! But that's just me.

No carpet, or just cutouts where the studs are like prior years?
 
Mine was carpeted underneath with just cutouts for the bolts. I put a floor mat int he back that covers everything and you can't tell at all. I just turned the bolts down until they were flush with the flooring as close as possible and you can't feel them.

Cool I'll check it out, because I was getting ready to order Black carpet to put over it . and a bigger mat
 
My 2022 didn't come with a storage box and glad it didn't. When I traded in my 2019 F150, I had a Tuffy metal storage box and it also fit into my 2022. It has three key locks. It's great and I can lock any valuables in it.

That would be a lot better than the plastic!
 
I use the rear for storage on hunting trips, trips to the range with guns, and I take my dog with me most of the time. I specifically didn’t want the underseat storage because it takes up half of the rear seat, and have a 401a for this reason (and the $11k for features I wouldn’t really use).

I have the same one and keep my SBR truck gun and a few other items in there for hunting.

Very secure!
