Front End Replacement Bumper - Market Research

Filled out the form (tubular design 🙏)

Threw one in too.

Don't the fog lights just activate when the "bending" hits a certain angle threshold which could therefore still be functional with aftermarket pods?

I feel like I'd somewhat miss the DRL moving to a steel bumper but surely it'd be possible (while not accounting for cost) to do similar with enough room. Maybe like a pod light bracket with some @Cblaxx19 magic for a DRL bar worked into the bracket itself? Thinkin a bare bracket similar to this (that would fit an aftermarket steel bumper though obviously) with a LED strip mounted to it that "matches" the OEM DRL in the fog light pockets. Possibly an option built in the bumper itself vs "yet another add-on" since space would likely be limited anyway.

Filled out the form and appreciate that you are looking for the input from this group...will be great if something can be brought to market!

I put in my 3.5 comments/wishes (tough enough as is).

For the ability to add accessories (lights and mounting, etc) perhaps providing stamped punch-outs or easy drill locations for when looking to add while the basic setup maintains a minimal/smooth look for those that do not want or need the hardware. Tough to hit that mark but I love all of the comments around modular approach and ability to add as desired if that can be reasonably achieved.

actual deer protection without some hideous GIANT front lip look

What type of bumper?
Winch capable front bumper replacement, smooth 7ga steel with factory fog lights integrated. Bullnose ring is one of the features I’ve asked to incorporate into one of the prototype models.

Didn’t get as many folks submitting the poll as I had hoped. More people showing interest, the more likely it goes to mass production.

Can you share any renderings?

This is BY FAR my favorite... just wish it fit OEM fogs.

Everything else PERFECT about it. Might get it actually ..

This is the ugliest bumper that I have ever seen. I would not put it on my Tremor if you paid me $5000 lol.

Look is so subjective, that at the end of the day the more options the better. There are not that many options for the F-150 Tremor, so any new bumper design is appreciated.

Thinking back to when I filled out the info form - I don't believe I added to the wish list punchouts for remount of the various sensors (even if some of them could be muted at times for sanity!!! LOL ). lower parking/distance and the upper for adaptive cruise functions. If that was already a no-brainer then all the better! Will be great to see the drafts!

I can’t, unfortunately. Once a prototype is finished, I’ll be able to show it on my truck. Expecting to do so by mid June.
So we talking mid-mid June or mid-late June? The suspense is killing me!

Is there a little 4th of July treat planned for us 🙏 ?

Sorry it’s taken a while. This is truly a side project, as we have some higher volume designs that take precedence in NPD. This is the first version that will be test fit on my truck after powder coat. What do y’all think? It has a winch plate that is welded to the inside, not pictured as this was before it was installed.

I'm excited to see it on the truck! How much extra clearance does this offer on approach angles?
