Good Price?

Shopping for a Tremor. First time truck owner.
Was wanting the 5.0, but came across this 3.5 locally, and the price seems decent. Dealer is asking $61.5k
Will I regret not getting the V8?

3.5 has more torque, better gas mileage.
If you tow it runs higher revs down the highway and mpg tanks.
If you can handle the sound of 3.5 exhaust go for it. I personally can not and 5.0 for me.
I got basically same truck with 5.0 for 72 a couple weeks ago
