I’ve been driving a 2015 diesel pickup for a few years now, and lately the DPF keeps clogging and the EGR valve is giving me constant trouble. Repair bills are piling up, and I’m starting to wonder about alternatives.
A friend mentioned a diesel delete kit as a possible fix, but I’m not sure what it actually involves or whether it’s worth it.
Is it legal where you live, and how does it affect fuel economy, reliability, and resale value? Has anyone here installed one and regretted it?
