What's new

King 2.5’s with remote reservoirs and compression adjusters installed

Those look great, does anyone have the part number for that set?

Hi guys I have some questions
I really want to do something similar 2inch only from the front with raptor wheel either with Fox 3.0 , 2.5 or King as the topic owner has
The question
I want to buy all the front parts first then the rear after a while
So as not to cost myself too much
The first question is will I need a control arm SPC or cambrug?
Will the control arm affect the lighting because when I turn the steering wheel, the light turns with it?
The second question is, will I need to shorten the rear length by 1 inch Block ?
The last question is, what is the difference between the King and the Fox 3.0? All I want is to improve the car's performance on normal roads, first because there are a lot of vibrations and a feeling of every bump, and this is annoying and uncomfortable to sit on, especially since one time I went up a small bump and my son was not wearing a seat belt and collided hard with the glass. Of course, I did not expect this because the bump was very small and the whole car turned right and left compared to the Raptor that my friend had, it was much quieter in responding to bumps

Looks like you have stock UCA, how was the alignment afterwards? Any issue with camber/castor?

Have you considered the Eibach system?
For what you mentioned, I think the Eibach system would fit your needs just fine not to mention a much better warranty and for less money.

How would you compare these to the Fox 2.5? How to they compared to the stock set up around town/bumps still soft or seem stiffer?

The Fox shocks that I had on a previous truck were very stiff and harsh at times. The stock units were very smooth but too soft for my liking. The Kings are firmer than the stock shocks but nowhere near as stiff as the Fox units.

Guess I'm out of my element....

I have been talking to companies and no one can really tell me if you can use their products or not and get what you want. Everyone's answer is "no, due to the lift it come stock with." I'm looking for a 2.5" level from coilovers...I know we have a 1" lift already, I want more!
Have you looked into Icon for Coil Overs?

I have the Tremor specific Coil Overs on my Tremor and live the ride.
