Larger tires on stock suspension and 18" wheels?

No lift stock height?

Yes no lift on the Tremor, I posted photos above and gave all the information, as long as you are running stock wheels you will be fine. I have tried to get it to rub and while you might be able to with mud packed at the most extreme articulation you will not otherwise. At least to date I haven't. Even at full lock with it flexed I still had right at 3/4" of clearance.

One of the reasons I went with General Grabber X3 tires was that General had a $100 rebate on the purchase of four tires through the end of Oct. What a pain in the butt trying to get them to honor that. I first tried attaching all of my receipts to their online rebate claim form but that didn't work. Then I tried mailing hard copies. Yesterday I received an email saying they still couldn't verify my purchase. So today I called their 833 number and spoke to a lady with some sort of foreign accent who did finally verify that they had received my documentation. She said the status would be updated again within 24 hours. I think she confirmed that the rebate was approved but I'm still not 100% convinced. Good grief!🤬

Aren't some people already rubbing with the 100% stock setup? If I were to go with any tire bigger than the stock, I would at least add a small lift spacer in the front.
I seem to rub only when reversing on stock wheels and tires, no lift kit no leveling kit.

There are people rubbing with a fully stock setup, and then there are others with 295/70s and no lift or level who have no rub - and even have plenty of clearance. I don't get it.

I wonder if the rubbing people are getting is due to a loose shield or if not confirmed rubbing by sight if it could be the brakes lightly dragging, I fully flexed out my truck with the 295/70r18 and took pics of the clearance while flexed.

Yeah, it would be good to hear where exactly the rub is. I had no rub whatsoever with my stock setup, until I installed my mud flaps, and then only a slight rub on one side on the flap. After a level I have tons of clearance now.

Just wanted to correct some info I stated in an earlier post. Based on what I had read in multiple places elsewhere on the 'net, I thought the stock Tremor wheels were 8.5" wide with a 44mm positive offset. They are not. They are actually 7.5" wide with a 34mm positive offset and I confirmed that by reading the size that is cast into the inside surface of one of my stock wheels. Sorry for the confusion. Just goes to show that, once again, you can't believe everything you see on the world wide web. Bonjour!

Would you mind taking a photo with tape of the tread width of your tire? as well as tire height (see exemples attached). Reason I am asking is because all tire manufacturers have different actual height and width for the same tire size and so if yours is confirmed to fit this would help me decide if the tires I am looking at will fit. Thanks you!

In the middle of a snow storm already 4" and about 6" more coming so it'll be next week with the weather we are getting before I have a chance possibly.

I know this is an old post but needing new tires soon to replace the Grabbers on my stock Tremor. I was considering a 2in Rough Country level on the front but if I can run the Falken AT3W in 295 on my stock tires I'd be thrilled. Still liking the Wildpeaks?

Unless you are in thick clay type mud everyday , and with the design of the at4w having changed slightly that has even improved, it is of my opinion to be the best tire on the market. I average around 65-69k per set of tires in the past the at4w they went to seems to be wearing even better and has been excellent. They will be a little stiffer due to of course being e rated tires, and thus also quite a bit heavier, which does effect mpg some but not as much as I expected. I've ran a lot tires over the years and honestly have never been so impressed by one tire as I have these. Falken really hit it out of the park with these. The unfortunate side effect to that is they now know it and the price keeps going up. You used to get a premium tire for non premium costs. The only time I every have any issue with rubbing is if they are caked with mud, the at4w doesn't cake as easily as the at3w did though because of some minor design changes. But unless someone makes something new I'll be running Falkens for ever. Completely biased opinion here but if it ain't broke why fix it.
