If you pull off this plastic cover (just pull up on the little tab with a screwdriver) than slide out the gasket and put it in upside down. Doesn’t make a perfect seal but not to bad. I stuffed some thin rubber seal in the gap to take up a bit of the space but still can close tailgate. We just had a big flash flood rainstorm at work and only a very small amount of water got in.

I'd like to know about the Diode Dynamic ditch lights. Can you share some installed pics, how do you like them, how was the install?
Currently in Hawaii for business, so don’t have installed photos to share… installed it the night before I left. Was a super easy install (I’m not a wiring guy) just tightened onto mounts and pulled back rubber to run wire into hood/engine bay and bought some small zip ties to keep it neat and in place. Bought the diode dynamics wire kit (OEM Auxiliary Switch Dual-Output 4-Pin Wiring Harness SKU: DD4114) to mount direct to the factory tremor upfitter switch wiring right by the battery.

The deflectors look like a good fit. What brand are they? Lead foot is such a good looking color. I think this is the 2nd time Ford killed it off.
They look like slim fit in channel avs brand I also really like the look of these but most don’t give them a good review.
I've seen lots of complaints on in channel styles triggering the window back down. I was hoping they were the stick on type. I was looking at the AVS color matched Ventvisor series. They don't fit as flush, but I'm pretty sure they are tape on.
Says they don’t fit our trucks. I just put some slim fit stick on ones and I can’t decide if I like them enough to leave em on.
I just looked them up and it says they do fit. If I decide to buy, I'll call them to be sure first.
