Loud "Thunk" when shifting into 4A

Well after about a month or so the issue is back on mine. Taking it in for a rotation and oil change next week so we will see what they say.

Good afternoon; quick update; Technician and shop foreman are pulling bulletins for the 4a concern, there is a bulletin pertaining to the noise; we are getting approval from Ford to proceed with the bulletin; Ill give you another update tomorrow mid morning. I appreciate your patience.
