Loud "Thunk" when shifting into 4A

Took mine to the dealer to get the oil changed a few weeks ago and they were able to replicate it. Finally got me in a loaner yesterday and now they are saying they can't replicate it.

Well after about a month or so the issue is back on mine. Taking it in for a rotation and oil change next week so we will see what they say.
