I’m thinking of switching to Valvoline Restore and Protect for its cleaning results

I’m a Valvoline fan, using their Full Synthetic might do Restore and protect at 50k and than switch back. At 23k now, oil change at 4-5k intervals.

Any synthetic 5w-30 with Ford approval is good every 5k miles. Agree, more about frequency than anything else. I also stay with Ford oil filters as well.

$69 at the Ford dealer for synthetic blend oil change and tire rotation. Every 5k miles

right at $109.00 for same , changed my oil every 3k for 40 years , NowFord can do it , and thats the mobil service , 3k to 4 k full synthetic !) old school RULES!!!!
