Well shit. These besides are really quite easy to tear. I was shocked at how such a small bump could have torn the metal of the bed so easily. Maybe it’s time for a high clearance rear bumper situation.

Aluminum is lighter than steel and more heat resistant but It lacks tensile strength and when it fails, it doesn't stretch or distort much before total failure. It tears, it cracks, and that's it. I mean, non-touchless car washes have been known to pull the antenna straight down through the fender destroying it.

Yeah I’ve worked with both quite a bit. Ohh well these things happen (to me lol). Wondering if it’ll end up getting a bedside or a full bed replacement. It’ll also need bumper and probably the rearmost section of exhaust. This thing might be sweet to try and make fit:IMG_8874.webp

I don't want the bulky tire carrier though, and I definitely need a full strength hitch.

any word if this bumper will fit the tremors?

Theoretically it should. you can put an oem raptor bumper on a tremor. the only diff afaik is the bedside lower fascia on ours is parallel where the raptor's tapers a bit to match the thinner profile bumper/get more departure angle. where the arms are closest to the flares are where it'll have a massive gap

The sides are wider where they flare out. I'd love to get this done but I'm not really in the mood to drive to NM right now to have it fitted. Actively looking for another option now. I really think this is the best looking and most functional option that I've seen. The hitch is there (Hidden under the license plate). It really hits all of the major points that I'm looking for. However they don't have a standard width f150 to make one off of right now.

Wonder if we have any AZ folks close enough/willing to accept beer bribes for the company to run their scans/measurements
