MPG when leveled on 35s

Are these numbers with a wheel size spedo calibration? You won't really know without one.

I think the other thing I didn’t account for is my non tremor mpg projections from ford is based off of 31in tire. 35in tire is a huge difference which is probably the culprit making my loss north of 2mpg

Your definitely going to get worse MPG with just a leveling kit, it changes the arero dynamics drastically, add to the fact we don't have the front air splitter on the bumper makes it worse than a standard f150. However bigger tires should drop you RPM a little on the hwy possibly saving you a little. Anyone have a wind tunnel handy? lol

HITF are you people getting this kind of mpg? Are you people actually calculating the mpg or are you going by the lie-o-meter. Has everyone recalibrated for the tire size difference. My 2024 all stock averages 16 mpg in town (literally driving like a nosey ole man on Sunday) and I'm lucky to average 18 mpg @70-75 mph on the freeway. All my mpg numbers are hand calculated and I've logged every tank since I bought the truck new with 24 miles on it. The mpg display on the truck is typically off 1.4 mpg. I'm not really complaining since it is better that the last 2 Tundras (2009 and 2013) I owned and the 2021 Ram 1500 with the 5.7 I had.
Your getting the same as I, 3.5 2024 model 402 a. Running 285/75/17 s mudders on it. Going to puta 20 “ rims on it next with 275/70/20S there 33” tall m/t tires !!

Same....I'm currently all stock and averaging 16 MPG (mostly city) and I've lightened my foot considerably...still 50% better that my first gen Raptor 6.2 on 37s so I'm (relatively) happy. I suspect when the 35s (or maybe 37s ;) ) go on, I'll be at 13-14ish MPG. I'll be going with C rated tires and the lightest wheels that I can find.
So with 17" KMC forged monoblock KM446s (@ 23.6 lbs each) and 35/12.50/17 Toyo AT3s (@ 59 lbs per)....it's pretty much the lightest wheel/tire combo that I liked.....and I've dropped to 15 MPG average, so I've lost ~ 1 MPG from stock. And I've decided to drive (my) normal way....not hyper-miling but also not Fast 'n' Furious...a happy medium. The fuel savings between both methods is negligible....

^And yes, totally worth it.

stock:
Around town - 17-18
Road trips - 20-21

35’s:
Around town - 15-16
Road trips - 17-18

17.5 -18.2mpg

3.5 Eco
Raptor takeoffs (17" wheels with 34.4" KO2s)
2" Eibach coilovers (kinda leveled)
Forscan tire size recalibrated
Bed cover
91 ethanol free gas

I saw a decrease of 1.5mpg with the lift, wheels and tires.

My mileage continues to go up. 3.5 EB with 34.3x12.2 AT4W on 24lb wheels, bed rack, roof top tent, and some boltons. Have gone from 16.3 to 17 and still going up. The DPs' and TIPs' have made a difference.

15 mpg - 5.0, 35x11.5 AT4W, 1.5” lift, Sport Mode, jumping curbs at Starbucks, orange tow hooks

I currently am looking at putting on 35s on the STX 20s and it’s looking like 25 pounds added per corner so I’m not sure what exact kind of efficiency hit (3mpg?). It’s kind of scaring me to just stick with what I got lol

If anyone can convince me, it’s 1 to 1.5 hit, I’m a do it

I’m currently sitting at 18 to 19 miles per gallon average on OEM wheels and OEM grabbers. 22 3.5L V6 with 2” front lift.

2024 402a 2.5 level, 20" fuel fc890s, 35x12.5, im averaging 14.5 mpg. 3.5 motor

I’m running stock wheels and stock size Falken Wildpeak AT4’s. Also running Bilstein 6112’s up front and 5160’s in the rear. 6112’s are set 1/2” higher than stock and I lost 2-3 mpg’s. I also have a Leer top and the Decked system, so I think my mpg loss is based on tire weight and the extra weight in the bed. I was going to level the front and go with 35’s, but I’m glad I didn’t. For me, the mpg’s matter.

On a tremor you averaged 20 mpg?
I was averaging about 22mpg before I had my camper shell installed....then it dropped to about 16.8mpg. I was driving mostly highway when getting 22

Mine has also continued to go up as well. Was barely getting 16 and have been getting 18 without driving much differently. Weird.

Hello all... I am new on this forum... I have a question for you... I just got my new Tremor 2025 3.5 litter around 2 months ago / 1200 millage now... my truck is still stock... and is giving me 13MPG in the city and around 16 MPG highway, and I am seeing that most of you have 16 MPG at city and 20 MPG... do you think my case is normal because the truck is brand new?? (this is what the dealer told me)... somebody of you had the same experience when you bought your truck? If so... at what millage did you see an improvement?

I can understand 13 city, but 16 highway is not impressive. How fast are you pushing her? I get about 20-21mpg at 65-70mph, I have the 5.0.

Your fuel economy will improve gradually over the miles, though mine went down as I modded it (34x12" E-loads. New skid plates, rock sliders, tons of static weight etc).

Towing a Mustang in the mountains in an enclosed 8.5x20, 7.8 MPG

Worse than a loaded 18 wheeler. Not joking.

Congrats on your new TREMOR and welcome to the club and forum.
Your MPG has a lot to do with how you drive your vehicle.
Also you have to remember that no brand new vehicle will get the best MPG right off the dealer lot. The engine and transmission are brand new so they have to be broken in not to mention that the transmission has to learn your driving style so it can adapt. Depending on how you drive it, the engine itself won’t be broken in until at least 2500-3000 miles on the odometer. Then and only then plus combined with what I mentioned earlier, that’s when you’ll have a good idea of your true MPG.
