No
In my case the transmission issue I had was unrelated. The vibrations I feel through the pedal are mostly road imperfections.
On the F150 forum tons of people have this issue and people tried to find fix for years apparently

Ya it's not a direct connection virabtion issue, not possible with a DBW. Mine was the tires causing a weird vibration that I could feel in tbr pedel. Pumping them up to 40psi made a world of difference.
