MY23 Bed Camera Deleted?

My window sticker has re-appeared, and with a 1/28 blend date + 2/7 build date, I do not see the Bed Camera Delete and credit.

Maybe some trucks slipped through without the delete (wishful thinking).

You can add the bed camera yourself. I just added the CHMSL part number NL3Z-13A613-A, bought directly from Ford parts. New lamp and camera comes with the wiring and just plugs in. This is a 2023 Tremor mid with 360 camera package, but had the CHMSL removed. I checked before ordering the part that the extra wires needed were already there. Just pulled the old light out and could see there were a bunch of unused ones on the truck connector. Plugged in the replacement and then made these changes with FORScan

Appears to work as expected. New card on right panel for bed camera and now extra camera option after physical button press on the cameras screen.

As expected the image quality is not great on the big screen, but at least now I don't have anything that I was wanting force deleted.

Do you know what wire colors they were? I want to check to see if mine is wired for it, like yours was, before looking a the various methods of adding it back in.

Only getting the $170 for a part that is over $400 from Ford is rather annoying. Just like the $140 that we get for the HSW removal. Thanks Ford....

I did see that Recon has several for only $229 that they say work with the CHML trucks. (https://gorecon.com/collections/f-150). If I can figure out if I have the wiring for it, I may just get the Recon one and call it a day.

I don't remember the colors. I just pulled the connector out and saw there were a few more wires form the truck to the connector than were being used on the the CHMSL without the camera, figured that probably meant the wiring was there. There is a thread on the F150Gen14 forum that has a few pictures of the harness etc.
The Ford lamp with camera came with the harness that just plugged into the connector on the truck side.
