I put a Cobb FMIC and Accessport in my 22 Tremor with -20k miles on the truck. I am not at 30+k miles and have been running it on the Sport+ 91 Octane tune ever since. The intercooler alone increased performance substantially. I did have to send in my ECU and still receive updates. I have changed my oil twice since the tune and have it tested at Blackstone Laboratories and so far my engine is doing great.
