How sturdy is the Amazon step? I'm 6'3 and near the 300lb max. Should I be worried?

Never had a problem with Ford OEM/Lund steps.

The retractable one seems sturdy to me with the weak point being the plastic step connection point. I've not tested its limits (I weigh 215) though. If you're 300 lbs, ya may be asking for a hazardous spill! My hitch mounted step definitely feels trustworthy...Bully makes a really nice one, as well. Amazon's got a variety of step types.
