Scheduling to start again next week!

I saw someone on the GEN 14 forums mention getting a hold of someone from Ford on chat. 2 people apparently never get a VIN email and it didn't show up on their account, chatted with someone and they both had VINs, one was even in production. I might think about trying that when I inevitably don't get an email tomorrow....

Been lurking around the Gen14 forums this morning, sounds like no one has heard anything at all on VINs, but I did just see this.

Saw one person on the gen 14 forums get their VIN today, that's it. I did try the chat, and no surpise, no VIN. All they could tell me was that it had been ordered. I have not seen anything to indicate whether there will or will not be scheduling next week. I can't imagine they're scheduling very many at this point anyways.

That's my build and order dates. Congrats! Unfortunately for the rest of us there will ne no scheduling this coming week....

Appears so. Everyone seems to think the focus is on getting trucks that have been in a lot for 3 months out. Makes sense, but makes it even more frustrating to not get a VIN, knowing it may be another few weeks before there's even a chance.

I am.guessing it is safe to assume a 3 month lead time to an order being scheduled with what has been provided here. I hope that is the case as that should provide me an update at the end of this month.

I did not, when I talked to my sales guy he mentioned that might causes delays. I avoided adding anything that was causing delays at that time.

Still digging into it, but it sounds like we shouldn't expect emails from Ford with a VIN. Your dealer will able able to see it, sounds like you can get it through Ford's chat as well, but people are saying Ford isn't emailing VINs all of a sudden. Guess we'll find out.

I ordered a black 402A on 12/21/21 and on 3/23/22 got some good info about a VIN and build date of 5/2/22. Hopefully it stands. So looking forward to it. Haha

I don't know what's worse, waiting for an email from Ford, or waiting for a text from my dealer. I'll probably end up chatting with Ford tomorrow if I don't hear anything by then
