First post, just joined, ordered 9/7, confirmed 9/9, scheduled for production 10/17! So excited, I got 401a, Torsen, all the towing pkgs, b&o light, 3.5l, Bediner, and avalanche paint… probably most excited about the color

This is frustrating. Ford knew the V8 would be in demand and is the standard engine option for the tremor and they aren't scheduling it yet.

Hey guys!
So my build week was the 7th of sept but tracking still says in production! Finally takes to dealer and he’s saying I’m in chip hold but my delivery date changed from today (9/27) to October 3rd! See how many times that’s pushed!

Nah. Back in 2017 only 25% of F150s sold have the V8, and it had been steadily declining since the ecoboost came out. Odds are less than 20% of F150s sold now have the V8, so Ford is likely putting their resources to where they sell the most items

Fuck this is brutal! Mine has said in production since the 09/08 and dealer says it’s on a chip hold!
Only got a 401a so hopefully is makes it out of there sooner then later

I find it funny that the people who ordered MY23 F150s think that their expedience ordering with Ford is going to be any different than the MY21 and MY22 customers! Your patience will be tested with Fords imaginary fantasy status and ETA dates

I just think the hope hasn't been beaten out of them yet by the constant pushbacks and lack of communication. Dream big little troopers!

Thanks dude, I'm hoping for good news from you guys waiting so long....... I will send a photo if it really happens this week. I did just get an email that said it's built and will supposedly be at the dealer between 10/1 and 10/7. I'm only 6hrs away from the plant so maybe?

Mine has been showing "In Production" for 2 weeks now, but not sure it is really in production since there is no date shown. Production date was supposed to be 9/26, and window sticker shows blend date of 9/30, but those dates seem to be false now.

My blend is a day after, 10/1.. It's like they got through 9/29 builds and decided to start the weekend early.

The number of "similar vehicles in status" did drop one this afternoon, maybe their hangover is wearing off.

Does your in production show a date under it?
