The wait begins

I received the order confirmation within hours of my order. Still nothing since that though. so the wait continues. The dealer told me 2022 week 10 and I have seen others that received their email notice with VIN and dates last week for week 9 so I am hoping to hear something official this week.

Just called Ford and they told me to contact the dealer, I'll send my salesperson a text tomorrow.

Hey All, new here. I should be "officially" joining the waiting club soon. I think I have my mind made up on moving forward with an order from Granger. I just kept debating whether I wanted to make that road trip, but think I'm going to go through with it this week. Hopefully I'll have a more exciting post in 3-5 months

I ordered mine yesterday on X-plan also (black 402a) . I received the Ford email within 15 minutes confirming order receipt. The waiting game has begun. A friend ordered on Nov. 28. He just received his build date for 1st week in March. I am estimating mine will be I will be a late May delivery.

I am on the cusp of getting it, supposed to be delivered Thursday. Ordered 10/29. Feels like an eternity and many dollars of add-ons ago. I literally can't fking wait.

I ordered on X-Plan that I got through work. No wait needed. They took my pin and gave a signed sales sheet with the X-plan price listed.

Hmm, now I'm wondering if I'm gonna get shafted. I just ordered my truck last Friday, and I plan on using X-Plan to buy. The dealer promised they were going to honor the price at delivery, and only took a deposit. He said the purchase at the X-Plan price and the financing will be handled at delivery. The actual X-Plan terms seems to indicate this as well, but if you got your dealer to lock the price now, I'm wondering if I should revisit the topic with him.

If it helps, I had the same conversation with my dealer. They have a great reputation and said they would honor the X-plan. I think it will be fine.
