Mine are both flat, no lines. 402A with blue cruise.

But my truck wasn’t without it’s factory mistakes… I discovered the passenger side mirror cap was Star white (sparkly) instead of Oxford White (non-sparkly) like the rest of the truck. Dealer getting me a replacement.

Probably someone in the color blind community like me who picked up the wrong one
