I decided to put a little tool kit together after seeing the Ford kit. I wanted to keep the good tools in the garage and put together something adequate for some problems on the trail. I ran into a cool little tool kit and with some additions decided it would be a bit much, I plan to pair it down considering I only seem to use the tools on other peoples stuff. Here is a picture of the ford kit and the kit I made.

I have wanted an air compressor for the trail and thought the vehicle mounted ARB would be pretty cool, but the more I researched I realized that a better one for me would be the Milwaukee Inflator.
The Milwaukee inflator gives me more versatility between vehicles and works well with the battery availability from my other power tools. I put it through the places today and inflators have come a long way!
The best deal I found

slap a couple of these together (make sure you get the no valve or just pull it/drill out the hole) Little easier than trying to unscrew most of the portable compressors. can make one with an NPT too for running multi tire inflators.

i stuff an M12 behind the rear seat for convenience but offroading/road trips/dragging the camper i throw the M18 in the truck.

🤣Great minds think a like I ordered both of those last night! From LockNFlate

I picked up some cheapo "mechanics" kobalt set one black friday and used it for roadside for a while. paired it down and fit all the main shit/some extras in one of these tool rolls:

pulled all the oem crap out from behind the seat (hate scissor jacks with a passion), threw a safejack kit in a bag, safejack/tool roll/m12 inflator all fit behind the seat. 11lb increase over oem kit but way more function imo
