As for the impact I am not sure how fast she was going all I know is I was doing 58mph and tried to swerve to miss her as she came thru the median at me, my front tire rode her left fender till it ripped it off and send parts flying, found my front wheel a 1/4 mile down the rode.

Fingers crossed that she had good insurance.
