Highly likely/guaranteed you'll have to recalibrate. You'll need to do the telescoping change at least but, I did the below for the amber marker lights as well. I think there's a couple other things you can fart around with like puddle lights but mine worked fine/how I wanted out the gate so I didnt touch it.
