I have a 2023 402A 3.5L Ecoboost at 48k and called my dealer asking when I need to do the transmission fluid service. She tells me 150,000 miles!
Am I hearing that correctly??? My manual (didn’t come with a book. Just the infotainment app) doesn’t show intervals…
I feel it needs to be earlier than 150k. Way earlier….Someone here got any input on this I’d appreciate it

You are hearing that correctly. It's insane. It costs a bit to have done but in my opinion worth every penny if you plan to keep it long term.

agree with you both I'm at 70k and asked my independent shop and they said at least 100k and that its not meant to be serviced regularly because its a sealed unit. i'll probably do it at 90 or 100 because this will be at least 10year 200k mile + truck for me

My Ford dealer changed the tranny fluid and filter at 50,000 miles. If you plan on keeping it, its a no brainer to me. I also did diff fluid change (4wd service) at 60,000 miles.

Ignore the manufacturer recommended maintenance schedules and perform said maintenance well before what’s written or told to you.
Depending on how you drive or use your TREMOR, change the transmission fluid every 30K to 50K miles.

What served me well for over 349K miles on my 2016 F150 was to alternate between a flush and a pan drop and filter change every 30K miles.

A sealed unit wouldn’t come with a replaceable filter inside that’s ment to be changed at regular intervals.

So here’s what I’m going to do:
At 50k I’m doing a drain and fill.
At 100k I’ll have the dealer do a flush and filter
Rinse and repeat every 50k
Thanks for all the info
