Tremor leveling kit

Rough country 3-in leveling springs with shocks already inside the springs and loaded very easy to install. The hardest part is getting the two bolts out of the old shock absorber on the lower control arm you must cut them with a saw saw or take the ball joint loose which I did not do. I don't have the part number but I bought it then from rough country and there were 3-in loaded shocks for F-150 trailers I don't think I got the receipt but I'm sure if you call rough country and they'll have it for you truck rise perfect sense level Hope this helps thank you guys

Ok sounds good man. Would you be able to measure your front and rear at the wheel from ground to fender? Here is mine stock and with the current level kit I have that not happy with.

The front fender is at 40 3/4
The rear fender is at 40 1/16
There front is setting about 3/4 of an inch higher but I have over 500 lbs of tool's and big wrenches because i assemble large 1000 ton cranes . I would guess that the truck would setting level in the tools were removed. See pics

Did you ever find the receipt of what you purchased to get 3" from Rough Country. They don't show this on their webpage. Only a 2.5 or a 4"

Hey so I got mine all dial in now and with lots of talking to rough country. So the 2.5” M1 strut is the exact same as the 3” M1 Strut. So if you have the 2.5” kit you have to compress the coil and remove and set the snap ring to the highest setting and you have 3”. I did this and my truck sits perfect now as I wanted it. I would have to measure again can’t remember the measurement off top of my head. The rear is a shade higher which is what I wanted.

Thanks, I will give them a call tomorrow to discuss this. I have downloaded the installation instructions and they show as part of the kit that you are to remove the rear axle block which is 2-1/4" and replacing it with a 1-1/4" to lower the rear to complete the level. This is the same as a standard FX4 rear axle block height (which is also 1-1/4" flat and non-tapered. Do you think the ride is stiffer/firmer with the M1 shock version. I added a lot of weight to the front with an aftermarket bumper and winch and it makes the body roll feel greater. So I could sure use a stiffer ride.

I just found this on Rough Countries Website. I did find the M1 in 3" however it states it does not fit the Tremor. But you managed to put this in? Did you compare axle angles? Adding this non-tremor version to a tremor with an already 1" higher height from the factory now makes perfect sense because this would be similar to raising a regular (non-Tremor) F150 by a total of 4" and I believe that puts the front axles at to much of an angle. This is also stated similarly on IKON's website as being different for Tremor vs non-tremor sub models since the tremor is already 1" taller from factory. If I could get something that does 3" then I would probably be good. My issue is the aftermarket winch bumper and winch I have added. The increased weight of these two items on the front has dropped my height a solid 1/2 inch. So with my 2.5AS kit installed I only netted 2" due to the weight I have added. In theory then if I can get an actual strut set designed or adjustable for a 3" lift on a normal Tremor then buy time my weight takes affect the front would be 2.5" taller in reality and that is what I'm looking for.

Yep that is correct you are not suppose to add 3” to the tremors as they have 1” from factory but guys have and not sure if guys are having issues or not or do people actually give you the truth lol. I have the 2.5” M1 adjustable kit from RC comes with the rear blocks which I did not use I left the rear factory blocks in and added Timbren load bump stops. When I first installed this RC kit I only netted 2” also and was not happy then I adjusted the 2.5” M1 RC coil snap ring to the very highest setting and have had no issues at all and no complains. The ride is for sure a little stiffer over factory but not bad at all. My front measurements are 42 1/4” and rear is 43 1/4” this is with 295/65R20 tires on also.
